How to Network as an Introvert was an empowering and practical event hosted in partnership by Sustainary, Actory, and the City of Copenhagen (Københavns Erhvervshus), held on November 1, 2024, at Studenterhuset.

Aimed at both Danish and international students and recent graduates, the event tackled the often-intimidating world of networking—especially for those who don’t find it natural or comfortable. The goal was to demystify networking and provide useful, real-world strategies for building connections, even for those who identify as introverts.

The program included a hands-on presentation offering practical tools, tips, and insights from a speaker who personally struggled with traditional networking approaches. This was followed by a panel discussion featuring recent graduates who successfully navigated the job market, sharing their journeys, challenges, and strategies.

The event was wrapped up with an interactive networking session, giving participants the chance to put their new skills into practice in a supportive and relaxed environment. Free and open to all, this initiative created a safe space to learn, connect, and grow—whether you’re naturally outgoing or not.
