In 2023, Green Impact Week Denmark focused on the pressing goal of Delivering a Net-Zero World, echoing the year’s EU Green Week theme. As Denmark’s official EU Green Week ambassador, Sustainary hosted a dynamic series of events that explored climate innovation, clean technologies, and policy shifts necessary to meet net-zero targets.

With funding from the EU and Københavns Kommune, this edition featured workshops and expert-led discussions—including a special Roundtable on Sustainability and Talent in Tourism, co-hosted with the Hub for Innovation in Tourism.

Participants addressed how key industries, especially tourism, can become engines for green growth by investing in sustainability and emerging talent. The 2023 program connected local innovators with global strategies, reinforcing Denmark’s role in shaping a sustainable future through action, education, and cross-sector collaboration.
