DESCRIPTION:Speak up: Body Language\, Presence & Confidence \nJune 5th | 13:30 to 16:00 |  Greencubator\, Nørrebrogade 20\, 2200 København K \nThis event helps participants strengthen their understanding of body language and use it as a tool in order to make better first impressions and radiate confidence. By improving their nonverbal communication\, participants can improve their presence and their communication skills. Through practical exercises\, we will explore how body language\, gestures\, posture\, and eye contact influence how we are perceived. Additionally\, we will unpack how people are being seen as approachable and confident. Participants will learn how to self-present and to what to pay attention to when holding a conversation.  \nThe session combines short teaching moments with hands-on activities\, where participants practice while maintaining intentional body language. Participants will also be introduced to basic introduction techniques and the “how to enter the room?” concept. \nThe event ends with a reflection\, where participants give and receive feedback on learned skills\, plans for future improvements\, and physical presence.
