This workshop digs into what it means to communicate authentically, how to navigate disagreement and conflict based on your communication style, and how to use generative AI as a tool that supports your ideas without replacing them.

Through frameworks, hands-on exercises and open reflection, you’ll learn how to speak up in difficult situations and handle constructive conflict, understand what generative AI actually is, its benefits, limitations, and what it means for authentic communication, use AI tools to structure pitches, refine your personal brand, or develop debate arguments without sounding like a robot, and spot AI-generated text in the wild.

The session closes with a reflection on how AI can sharpen your thinking while your real voice does the delivering.
