Project name: Funky Food Festival

Purpose: Welcome to Funky Food Festival, an evening where food becomes a conversation starter and creativity is the main ingredient. This edition puts a bold and playful twist on a beloved Danish classic, fastelavnsboller. Using this traditional base, participants explore new flavors, techniques, and cultural stories, turning something familiar into something surprising and shared.

Project Description: Funky Food Festival is a communal culinary experience where we cook together, eat together, and share the stories behind the food. Fastelavnsboller are reinvented with creative and international twists, blending traditions from different cultures into one shared table. The evening includes short introductions to the traditional Danish base and the added cultural flavors, followed by a shared dinner with mixed seating designed to spark new connections.
