The 2022 edition of Green Impact Week Denmark aligned with the EU Green Week’s central theme: The EU Green Deal, emphasizing bold action in biodiversity, zero pollution, and circular economy. As the official ambassador of EU Green Week in Denmark, Sustainary continued to grow the platform’s impact by organizing panels, workshops, and networking opportunities that inspired climate action and entrepreneurial solutions.

This edition, funded by the EU and Københavns Kommune, brought together young professionals and innovators to explore how Denmark can lead by example in implementing green policies, even in times of crisis. Inspired by the Youth Citizens’ Dialogue and the EU LIFE Awards, the program empowered the next generation to contribute to long-term sustainability strategies. Green Impact Week 2022 underscored the importance of youth engagement and local innovation in making the ambitions of the Green Deal a reality.
