Volunteer for Impact and Career Growth was a collaborative event hosted by Sustainary and SENPAGE on August 29, 2024, at Station in Copenhagen. The initiative aimed to inspire Danish and international students, as well as recent graduates, to engage in volunteering as a way to grow both personally and professionally.

Through meaningful dialogue and connection, the event showcased how volunteering can be a stepping stone to building skills, gaining local experience, and becoming part of a broader impact-driven community.

The program featured two engaging panel discussions with specialists. The first panel, led by SENPAGE, explored the volunteer culture in Denmark and gave practical guidance on how students can get involved in various organizations.

The second panel, led by Sustainary, focused on how volunteering can help international students break into the Danish job market by strengthening their CVs, building confidence, and—most importantly—expanding their professional networks.

The event created a space for knowledge sharing, networking, and actionable takeaways, leaving attendees better equipped to navigate their career paths with purpose and connection.
