Purpose
To help young people break the no-experience-no-job cycle by providing clarity, confidence, and practical tools for job searching, career planning, and professional visibility. The project supports both Danish students searching for student jobs and international students and graduates whose international education and work experience is not always recognized in Denmark.

Project Description
Many students struggle to find study-relevant jobs. Data from Akademikerne and STAR.dk show that 82% of young people with relevant work experience secure employment within nine months of graduation, compared to only 49% of those without experience. The program includes: Day 1 Design Your Future (career roadmap and personal strategy); Day 2 Bridging the Experience Gap (translating academic and personal competencies into job readiness); Day 3 Maximizing Visibility on LinkedIn (personal brand and professional networking etiquette); Day 4 (further detail not provided in source).
Activities
Four intensive workshops: career roadmapping, bridging the experience gap, LinkedIn and personal branding, and additional job-readiness skills.
