Vejen til Erfaring | The Way to Experience — Copenhagen (Design Your Future)

Vejen til Erfaring | The Way to Experience is a four-session career development programme designed to support international students and graduates in Denmark who are struggling to turn their education and international experience into meaningful employment.

Many international talents have skills, education and motivation, but find it difficult to translate their background into something Danish employers understand and value. Across four practical sessions, participants work on the steps that help bridge that gap.

Day 1 — Design Your Future: Building a Career Roadmap & Personal Strategy. Participants reflect on their strengths, interests and values, explore realistic career directions and create a personal roadmap.

Day 2 — From Experience to Employability: Turning Academic & Personal Experience into Professional Value. Participants identify the competences in academic projects, student jobs, volunteering and international experience, then practise describing them in CVs and applications.

Day 3 — Maximizing Your Visibility on LinkedIn: Personal Branding & Professional Networking. Participants strengthen their LinkedIn profile, learn how to communicate their professional direction and build a more intentional network.

Day 4 — Interview Preparation: Confidence, Communication & Practice. Through exercises and mock interviews, participants practise answering common and challenging questions and receive feedback on different interview formats.

The sessions take place on 16, 18, 23 and 25 February 2026, from 17:30 to 19:00 at Station in Frederiksberg. Coffee, tea, water and snacks are provided. This edition is held in partnership with DANSIC and People of 2050, and is supported by Tuborgfondet.
